Receipts not sent

Students are not receiving Turnitin receipts via email when they submit work.

We are investigating possible issues with receiving digital receipts for TurnitinUK in some mail services. Our engineers are investigating

We recommend that students download the receipt themselves after they’ve submitted their work.
